It was all chaotic as pandemonium ensued within the nationwide capital after protesting farmers clashed with police at a number of locations and entered Purple Fort hoisting their flag. Issues went south when a whole lot of farmers taking part within the tractor rally, on the event of 72nd Republic Day, deviated from pre-decided routes.
With protestors coming into central Delhi – ITO – safety personnel resorted to lathi-charge and tear gasoline.
Shalini Singh, Jt CP Nangloi, informed information company ANI that the police appealed to farmers to go by the pre-approved route since morning however a few of them broke barricades and attacked personnel.

The Delhi Police had given permission to farmers protesting the three farm legal guidelines to carry their tractor parade on chosen routes solely after the official Republic Day parade concludes.

At Nangloi Chowk in west Delhi and at Mukarba Chowk farmers broke cemented barricades and police used tear gasoline to disperse them.
An official stated police personnel used tear gasoline to disperse teams of farmers coming from the Singhu border level as they tried to carry a march on the Outer Ring Highway a lot forward of the allotted time
